Tagging for Blogger Album Project

The multitalented Robert Rouse of Left of Centrist started up a project to track our musical tastes.

1. Post your list of the seven best albums, the seven bloggers you will tag, a copy of these rules, and a link back to this page.
2. Each person tagged will put a URL to their Blogger Album Project post along with a list of the seven best albums in the comment section HERE.
3. Feel free to post the “I Contributed to the Blogger Album Project” Award Graphic on your sidebar, along with a link back to this page.
4. Post a link back to the blogger who tagged you.

If I made my own list once a week for a year, it would be different every time. Carol King, John Denver, and James Taylor would definitely make appearances during the year.

I like your list! Though today is a very busy day, I'll check out those you tagged sometime later.

Like thomaslb, my list would change almost daily, but I like your take on it, grabbing one from multiple genres. Eases the burden on the brain!

Carol said...

I like that you listed by genre.

I didn't list John Denver, Carole King or Judy Collins, but only because we were limited to 7 and it wasn't their day.

It's fun to find out your musical taste!

This is tough! I will give it some thought. So hard to choose.

Utah is such a character! I lover her writing and I hope she sees this and responds because I would be interested in what she listens to.

AvPat, my dear friend, how sweet of you. Ms Explorer, I'm delighted you tagged me. My genres are so limited. I really am a lifelong lover of Jazz, so to pick one favorite will be very difficult. The other genres will not be so hard to narrow down. But I happily accept the challenge.

Thomas: a man after my own heart. I guess my music favorites are not so "cool" or erudite--but I actually enjoy all kinds of music.

Jan: Consider yourself tagged and add to this project sometime.

Randal: I'm going to go back to the list you posted recently and work through all the vids. Love your musical tastes.

Carol: I enjoyed your list, too.

Blueberry: Yea! You'll do it!

James--I should've hit you up for this. And you're right on Utah!

Utah--all your favs can be jazz if you'd like. I'm delighted you'll do this. I love Diana Krall; she's featured on De-Lovely. You have good taste, can't wait to see your list.

You know it is true and it is a pleasure to be associated with you! I happen to agree with you about Jazz but I love Blues and Stevie ray. If I was going to listen to one genre I would listen to Allen Parsons and Moody Blues!

oh dear...this is going to be hard...I listen to alot of different music and songs....I have not listened to any one album in a long time...I mostly watch alot of Youtubes and listen to an Ipod ....which in a funny way changed HOW I listen to music....forever...

I love your list how it is all such a mix....and I know I could curl on your floor with a book and cuppa and let the music play for hours ;-)

BUT I will work on this and figure out favorite music...

I have added a new feature on my blog on the top of the sidebar where I just post photos and new music..."Musical Interlude"....I think you would enjoy it....( and I am back to posting music almost every day....even though the election is over...)
